GENERAL
♡ Completed commissions belong to the buyer. All created content belongs to the respective owners of the IP.
♡ Illustrations are prohibited from commercial usage unless terms have been agreed upon
♡ In case of commercial usage, client must explicitly request and discuss during commission request- this may include an upscaled price.
♡ Uploading and usage of artwork on various platforms must credit ShadowGirl56 as their original creator
PAYMENTS
♡ Payments are to be completed through VGen. Prices may be discussed prior to completion of the commission.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
♡ Deadlines and estimated delivery times will be discussed or provided prior to the booking of the commission.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
♡ Any sensitive or private information disclosed by the client will be kept strictly confidential
♡ Shadow will not disclose, share, or distribute any client-related information or commission details to third parties without the client's express written consent.
♡ Shadow may, at its discretion, share aspects of completed commissions (e.g., watermarked images, and general descriptions) for promotional purposes, so long as permission is given from the client
